Katelyn is a Leasing Manager for Stonebridge Campus Living in Bethlehem, Pa.
Katelyn has been with Stonebridge since January 2022. Prior to working for Stonebridge, Katelyn was a Leasing Manager at The Addison in North Wales, PA. Katelyn has experience in leasing, marketing, and customer service.
Katelyn’s goal is to continue with Varsity Campus to ensure all the students have an excellent experience while calling Stonebridge home!
Katelyn’s future goal is to obtain her Real Estate license within the next 5 years. With this license she can continue to help not only students but everyone find the perfect home for them!
In Katelyn’s free time she likes to travel, play basketball, and enjoy time with her family back home in West Virginia where she is originally from.
Thomas Guth, Sr.
Thomas is our Facility Manager of Stonebridge Campus Living in Bethlehem, PA. Thomas has been with Stonebridge since 2019 as the Maintenance Manager before Varsity Campus took over in 2021. Prior to working for Stonebridge, Thomas had his own business building homes and worked as the Service Director for other properties. Thomas has knowledge in carpentry, cabinet making, and blueprint reading.
Thomas's main goal is to continue with Varsity Campus and to ensure all students have a safe and pleasurable place to live at Lehigh College.
In Thomas's free time he likes to go camping, fishing, and traveling. He also really enjoys spending time with his family and his two dogs, Sparky and Rusty (little one).
Rick Conners is the Facilities Technician for Varsity Campus in Bethlehem, PA. Before joining the company, he spent more than twenty years in golf course management. Rick and his wife, Mitzi, have been married thirty years and have three adult children. Outside of work, Rick enjoys restoring his 150-year-old historic home, playing golf, and traveling.
